Breckenridge Colorado Rentals homes
Summit County is a resort community with many options for long-term rentals, though you should anticipate higher rents than what you’d find in an urban Colorado setting like Denver. Neither the CMC Breckenridge nor CMC Dillon locations have residence halls, so students usually rent nearby apartments, condos or employee housing.
Students often live with roommates to make things more affordable. Those who start in the Fall Semester typically have an easier time finding housing than those who start school in the middle of the ski season (Spring Semester).

Ski Resort Employee Housing
In general, if you are looking to work while going to school, many of the resorts in the area offer employee housing. Employee housing is often subsidized by the resorts, allowing you to live, work, learn, and play in Summit County, affordably.
For Breckenridge and Keystone resorts, search current openings and take a look at employee housing options which include:
Students in the Culinary Apprenticeship program are employed by Keystone Resort as part of their apprenticeship and qualify for employee housing in Keystone.
