The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is expanding! A third building will be under construction spring of 2017. The third building of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 will be home to approximately 22, 000-square-feet of Breckenridge Ski Resort guest service, rental, and retail space. It will also include a coffee shop and an outdoor ice skating rink, both of which will be open tot he public. The original two buildings will connect to the third via an enclosed pedestrian bridge.
