- Remember about the technical readiness of the site, its compliance with the assigned tasks.
- Protect guests from consequences of possible weather disasters.
- Use any media and outdoor advertising. Sign holders will help you.
- Paid entrance to the event is the basis of its budget, the opportunity to weed out idly staggering ones, increase the time of guests' presence.
- An attention-grabbing program, a variety of locations are needed.
- Do not forget about the playground for kids.
- Organize a food court.
- The involvement of guests in the atmosphere of the event should not be limited to 1 day.
