How to organize an outdoor event that will really attract guests?

1. Each event should be based on an idea, a concept.
2. Attract sponsors.
3. Remember about the technical readiness of the site, its compliance with the assigned tasks.
4. Protect guests from consequences of possible weather disasters.
5. Use any media and outdoor advertising. Sign holders will help you.
6. Paid entrance to the event is the basis of its budget, the opportunity to weed out idly staggering ones, increase the time of guests' presence.
7. An attention-grabbing program, a variety of locations are needed.
8. Do not forget about the playground for kids.
9. Organize a food court.
10. The involvement of guests in the atmosphere of the event should not be limited to 1 day.
