Timber Trail Lodge is a gorgeous custom luxury home located on the slopes of Breckenridge - Peak 8. It has fantastic access to the slopes, plenty of comfortable and elegant living space, and views that stretch all the way to Keystone. In addition, this home has a membership to One Ski Hill Place which gives you access to their free private shuttle service, swimming pool, bowling alley, media rooms, fitness facility, restaurant, and apres ski bar.

When you enter the home on the main floor you are immediately greeted by a floor to ceiling, see-through, rock fireplace. To the right of this fireplace is a fantastic open living room offering ample seating, breathtaking views, and a large flat screen TV. To the left of the fireplace is the dining room which features seating for 10 at the table and an additional 4 at the bar. Past the dining room you'll find the kitchen offering a Wolf range, double ovens, tons of counter space, and even a TV to entertain while cooking. This kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, bakeware, small appliances, dishes, utensils, etc that you could need.

Down a half of a level is the main master suite. This room offers a fireplace, TV, private balcony, and a king sized bed. The master bathroom offers dual sinks, glass shower, and a jetted soaking tub with excellent views.

Down to the bottom floor are two more bedrooms. The first offers a queen bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle; there is also an en suite bathroom attached to this room. The second is a bunk room with two sets of bunk each featuring a twin on top and a full on bottom. There is also a TV in this room and a private bathroom.

On the top level you will find two more master bedrooms. They both feature king beds, private luxurious bathrooms and one of them offers a fireplace.

Down on the other bottom floor is where the fun begins!! This area offers a pool table, sauna, pub table and a large flat screen TV. This is the perfect gathering area for the whole family!

This home also offers great outdoor space, several balconies, a hot tub, BBQ grill, and of course convenient access to the slopes and to town!
