Breckenridge Villas

I moved my elderly mother into these apartments because management - promised she would be safe. She recently had medications stolen from her apt. a whole bin of approximately 30 or so meds she had for years. She is on a fixed income so the expanse and energy to replace has been exhausting. The most disappointing part is they are not even acknowledging someone in their staff could have Been responsibke for the theft. For the safety of someone else be aware that a theft occurred and one of the worst kind. An elderly women who entrusted this apt complex to keep her safe but has allowed maintenance and other people to go into her appt without supervision. They hold keys to every every unit in the office where they can be picked up for a job but some can be held all day and not returned after each job is complete. Be afraid and very aware. That the staff and management will accuse the tenant of some form of neglect before taking any responsibility. This is the worst kind if thief.

I lived there for over 2 years. Just moved away about 3 months ago and I can say the maintenance staff was always very professional. I have very nice and expensive taste which means I have very expensive jewelry and very expensive purses worth more than $1000 each... and nothing ever went missing from my apartment. Maintenance would work in my apartment when I was at work (which I preferred), I never had an issue with them nor a complaint about them.
