Breckenridge Terrace Apartments

Breckenridge Terrace is located on the north side of Breckenridge along the Free Ride bus route. Situated blocks from the town's public recreation center and a mile to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Main Street, and the Summit Stage Transit Center, life is never boring here!

Breckenridge Terrace offers modern apartments to employees of Vail Resorts only. We do not currently rent to the general public. The summer housing season ends September 30, 2016.

Breckenridge Terrace offers community style housing to approved Vail Resorts Employees. All employee housing units are equipped with full kitchens and are furnished. Furnishings do not include personal electronics, linens, or other household items.

All utilities are included, with the exception of telephone and internet.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT EMPLOYEE HOUSING:

-Your Department Manager must reserve a bed space for you and must approve your eligibility.

-Housing is offered to employees on a first come, first served basis depending on what is available and ready to rent when you arrive.
