BRECKENRIDGE HORSEBACK RIDES

On a trail ride in Breckenridge, you will spend your time exploring the beautiful scenery between Peaks 9 and 10 on the Ten Mile range above Breckenridge. You will experience river crossings, beaver ponds and breathtaking panoramic views of the Continental Divide. Children 45 pounds and under may ride double in the saddle with an adult. For those that are too young or unable to control their own horse, generally 4 to 5 years old, the horse will be led on a rope by one of the wranglers. Children 6 years and older may ride on their own horse or pony. These are general guidelines and are based on a number of factors, including the size and weight of the child and adult.
Tour Option 1 | 1.5 Hour Horseback Trail Ride in Breckenridge
Saddle up the whole family for a one and a half hour guided trail ride on Peaks 9 and 10 of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. On this ride you will enjoy wildflower meadows, running streams and stunning views. Riders of any age will have a great time on this Summit County horseback ride.

Recommended to bring: Long pants, closed toed shoes (no sandals), jacket, hat, water, and sunscreen.

Tour Option 2 | Dinner Horseback Ride in Breckenridge
Enjoy live music during a dinner buffet that will be served after completing your ride including: tossed garden greens with Ranch dressing, homemade dinner rolls, mashed potatoes & gravy, mixed vegetables, Pot Roast & chicken, homemade cookies and brownies, water, hot chocolate, lemonade. Special meals are available by request. Children’s option: chicken fingers or pasta with butter. Vegetarian option: Pasta Primavera (penne with butter wine sauce and fresh vegetables). Vegan option: Napolian (stacked layers of squash, zucchini, eggplant, onion, and marinara sauce).

Private instruction in horseback riding Western style is offered from beginner to advanced and from child to adult.

KEYSTONE HORSEBACK RIDES
Saddle up for a one or two hour guided horseback adventure in the Arapahoe National Forest. An experienced wrangler will guide your ride and share history of the area. Keystone features two stables, one for the one hour rides located on Soda Ridge Road and one for the two hour rides located off Highway 6. The one hour rides are in the forest adjacent to the Ranch Golf Course and the Aqueduct Trail. The two hour rides ascend to higher elevations with views of the ski mountain to the north of the resort. Riders must be at least 8 years of age and there is no double riding allowed. Children 3-7 may take part in Pony Rides at the Soda Ridge Stables.
Tour Option 1 | 1 Hour Horseback Trail Ride in Keystone
This is a great ride in the White River National Forest for first time riders and families. When booking we will need your age, height, weight and riding ability, so that your custom horse is ready for you when you arrive. An experienced wrangler will lead your tour and share history of the area. No double riding allowed.
